Booking Conditions

 

Bookings are taken through our secure booking system Freetobook or Booking.com (15% surcharge) We realise that holiday plans can sometimes change, so we operate a simple, fair, and flexible cancellation policy to cope with this.

• Payments by bacs, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
   

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
   

• Full booking balance must be paid 5 days before arrival.
   

• If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
   

• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.

 

In the unlikely event of Skye Picture House cancelling your booking, owing to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. Storm damage, Family emergency, COVID 19), our financial liability to you is limited to the amount of money you have paid to us. We will endeavour to find alternative accommodation for you.
